These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of sentinelveteranai.com and the public information, materials, and features made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by SENTINEL Veteran AI Solutions, Inc. (“SENTINEL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply only to the public Site. Separate products, pilot programs, partner platforms, clinical systems, demonstrations, or other services may be governed by additional agreements, consent documents, policies, or terms.
1. Informational Purpose
The Site provides general information about SENTINEL, its mission, technology, development activities, anticipated capabilities, and potential partnership opportunities.
Site content is provided for general informational and business purposes. It should not be treated as professional, clinical, medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.
2. Development Status
SENTINEL is currently developing and evaluating its technology, workflows, partnerships, and pilot-readiness activities. Features, functionality, descriptions, specifications, timelines, and anticipated uses discussed on the Site may change as development, validation, testing, legal review, and operational planning continue.
References to planned, anticipated, developing, or future capabilities do not constitute a promise that a particular feature, product, integration, pilot, or service will become available by a particular date or in a particular form.
3. No Medical Advice or Clinical Services
The public Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, behavioral-health services, case management, or professional decision-making.
Site content is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional or other appropriately licensed provider. You should not disregard or delay professional advice because of information presented on the Site.
SENTINEL does not guarantee the identification, prediction, prevention, or resolution of risk, crisis, harm, injury, illness, or any other adverse outcome.
4. No Emergency or Crisis Services
The Site, its general-information chatbot, contact forms, scheduling links, and email addresses are not emergency-response services, crisis lines, or continuously monitored communication channels.
Do not use the Site to report an emergency, request immediate assistance, or submit crisis, medical, mental-health, or safety information. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
5. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, professional, informational, and business-evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with all laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies applicable to you.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or abusive material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
- Interfere with the security, availability, performance, or operation of the Site.
- Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, scraping tools, or disruptive technology.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation.
- Use the Site to transmit medical records, crisis disclosures, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or other highly sensitive information.
- Copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit Site technology or materials except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Use SENTINEL’s names, trademarks, materials, or technology in a manner that falsely suggests authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, interfaces, software, workflows, concepts, documentation, audiovisual materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to SENTINEL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, SENTINEL grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and view the Site for its intended informational purposes.
No ownership interest or other intellectual-property right is transferred to you by your use of the Site. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Public Submissions and Confidential Information
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, medical, mental-health, crisis, or other sensitive information through a public contact form, website chatbot, scheduling link, or ordinary email unless SENTINEL has expressly agreed in writing to receive it through an approved channel.
Submission of information through the public Site does not create an attorney-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, confidential, partnership, employment, advisory, or other professional relationship.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including Calendly, social-media platforms, partner websites, and external resources.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and operating procedures. SENTINEL does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, or practices of a third-party service.
A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or guarantee by SENTINEL.
10. Privacy
Information collected through the public Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Website Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may correct errors, update information, change descriptions, and remove content without prior notice.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all information and materials made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SENTINEL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and security.
We do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular decision, use, organization, population, or circumstance.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SENTINEL and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
This limitation includes loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, reliance damages, or costs associated with replacement services, even if the possibility of such damages was known or reasonably foreseeable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SENTINEL’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SENTINEL and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe a person has violated these Terms, created a legal or security risk, interfered with Site operations, or used the Site in a manner harmful to SENTINEL or others.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Site, technology, business, and legal requirements evolve.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Michigan, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by SENTINEL to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented through the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and SENTINEL concerning use of the public Site.
